Refund policy

We offer refunds on the purchase of our eSIM plans. However, since we deal in digital goods, we honor refund requests for the following reasons within 5 days of eSIM purchase:

Non-delivery of the product: Following a problem with the post office, you do not receive a delivery email from us. Depending on the price of the product, https://infiniteesim.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the courier describing the missing item;

Irreparable defects with eSIM: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason must be submitted to our support team for approval of your refund request;

Product not conforming to the description: A request based on this reason is processed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To avoid this type of claim, every customer is encouraged to check all related information described in the product detail before purchasing.

Important:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for cases where customers are unaware of their phone's eSIM compatibility. We strongly recommend that customers visit their phone brand's website or contact us for a professional consultation to confirm eSIM compatibility with their phone model before making their purchase.

We do not offer refunds for cases where: customers delete their eSIM from their phones. Once it is deleted, it cannot be reinstalled. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safekeeping and proper management of their eSIM profiles. Refunds will not be provided for accidental deletion, loss, or any other circumstance resulting in the removal of the eSIM from the device. We advise customers to exercise caution and follow proper procedures when managing their eSIMs to avoid any inconvenience or loss of service.

We do not provide refunds if the user fails to comply with our accepted use policy. If the system interrupts your internet service or reduces its speed, it is to prevent abuse of usage that may affect other users' connections.

Refund Fee: Please note that in the event of a refund, a transaction fee of $3 or 20% of the order value (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Time: Once a refund is approved, it may take 15 days from the date of the refund request/approval.
